Can I return an order if I'm not satisfied?

Yes, you can return any order without a reason in 14 days after your purchase. Please note that the socks should not be used and in new condition. The sender is responsible for the shipment. You can find detailed information in our Returns & Exchangespage.

I returned my order, when will I be refunded?
You can return items in 14 days. You will be refunded in 14 days after we receive the socks back. Please remember that the socks should be not used and with their tags on. The sender is responsible for shipment.

How much does the shipment costs?

For orders in The Netherlands up to €25 you pay €2.99. For orders above €25, shipments are free!

When can I expect my order to be delivered?
Deliveries in the Netherlands, ordered and paid from Monday to Friday before 4 pm will be shipped the same day. In general, your order will be delivered the next day, but in some cases it takes 2 to 3 days. Orders after 4 pm will be shipped the next work day.

Part of my order is missing or not correct.
