Products Returned or Exchange

Any unwanted items must be returned to us within 14 days of receiving the delivery. All returned items must be returned with their original packaging and the original invoice. Please enclose a note with the order number, contact information and we would appreciate reason for returning.

We aim to dispatch exchanged products within 2-3 working days of receiving the items. A confirmation email will be sent once the item arrives to our address. Exchanges will be sent free of charge in the Netherlands.

Products Returned For Refund

Any unwanted items must be returned to our office within 14 days of receiving the delivery. All returned items must be returned with their original packaging and the original invoice. We are unable to offer free returns postage. Allow up to 14 working days for refunds to show back in your account.
